After graduating from the University of Florida with an Electrical Engineering degree, Brian McKinney started his automation career with Regan Controls, a pioneering distribution company in the field of industrial automation. From there he had multi-year stints with Parker, Precise Motion, Danaher, Omron and finally Bosch Rexroth where he spent the last 8 years covering the exact territory that he serves for R. L. Matus & Associates. Brian is responsible for all of Florida along with southern Georgia and Alabama. He comes to us with a wealth of knowledge and sales expertise from the world of industrial automation and motion control. As our newest team member in 2020, Brian adds value to our company with his education, technical sales experience and territorial knowledge. When not working, Brian enjoys cycling, watching motorsports and serving as a tech team leader at his church. He lives in Tampa Bay with his wife, Katherine, two children, and a rescue dog.
