After graduating from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a degree in Business Management, with an emphasis in Human Resources, Laura Brown built a progressive career in Human Resources management, serving in a variety of roles with industrial and commercial organizations throughout the Charlotte, North Carolina area. Seeking to expand her expertise beyond traditional human resources functions, Laura joined RL MATUS to develop and lead initiatives focused on marketing, digital engagement, and customer outreach. In this role, she works closely with the company’s Sales Engineers to strengthen customer engagement and generate new business opportunities through multiple digital platforms and targeted prospecting initiatives.

Laura also plays a key role in the ongoing development and utilization of RL MATUS’s internally developed CRM and prospecting platform, RLM Prospector, helping implement targeted opportunity-creation activities and providing Sales Engineers with tools designed to increase the effectiveness and reach of their prospecting efforts. In addition to her marketing and customer-engagement responsibilities, Laura oversees employee-related regulatory and compliance matters, helping ensure RL MATUS remains current with applicable employment regulations, policies, and requirements.
